Do you have to provide us with your personal data?

Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling) in such a way that any decisions could be made as a result of such automated processing, other legal effects would be produced or our customers would otherwise be materially affected.
In the course of our activities, we use cookies in such a way that we observe and analyse the traffic on our websites; however, we do not process personal data within the meaning of the RODO in the course of these activities.

How long will data be stored?
Data contained on contracts and powers of attorney; Until the statute of limitations for contractual claims.
Settlement documents; Books and related documents until the expiry of the statute of limitations for tax liability, unless otherwise provided by tax laws.
Warranty-related documents; Warranty and complaint documents will be processed for 1 year after the expiry of the warranty or settlement of the complaint.
Data for marketing purposes; In the case of processing based on consent – until the consent is withdrawn; – In the case of processing based on the legitimate purpose of ClayExpert – until an objection is lodged.
Data provided using the contact form; For a period of 3 years to maintain the principle of accountability.
What rights do you have?
Every data subject has the right of access to the content of their data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal (as long as the processing is based on consent).
In addition, if the processing we carry out violates the provisions of the RODO, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
The provision of data is necessary to conclude a contract with ClayExpert. For the rest, the provision of data is voluntary.
